As Founder of All Around Performance, Justin helps frontline leaders execute strategy with clarity and confidence. He's received the Bravery Medal, multiple Commander Citations, and was named Top Special Forces Operator in CANSOFCOM and CSOR. Beyond military leadership, he coaches NHL and WHL athletes and facilitates programs at MacEwan University and NAIT.
