Tracy Price is the Manager of Business Services for the Alberta  First Responders Radio Communications System (AFRRCS),  where she leads strategic initiatives to enhance  interoperability, stakeholder engagement, and operational  resilience across Alberta’s public safety communications  network. With over 20 years of experience in the Government  of Alberta, Tracy brings a deep understanding of strategic  planning, emergency management, and cross-ministry  coordination.
